 Refunds are not issued for services rendered or ordered and payment completed.  This includes annual telephone services or upgrades and downgraded services. This limits the ability to cancel or remove plan services and receive a partial refund or credit for services.

 3. Digital products

 Eligibility: Refunds may be granted for digital products if they are defective, not as described, or if technical issues prevent access or use.
