Not all devices can migrate due to end of life and other manufacturer guidelines. Most have no problem but brand support for older devices is not provided by the brand. We are not a substitute for manufacturer service and advice.
Technical Support Code
When calling in to tech support you will need this code and the device within your immediate control for programming. Please have the following:
- MAC address assigned to the device (sticker on device)
- Serial number (sticker on device)
- Devices model # (located on back of device)
- Manufacturer (brand name)
All devices for service on RIngzU network must be unlocked from the last carrier in order to reprovision them to our services. We do not unlock other carriers devices if hard locked.
This purchase is not refundable once code is issued or payment is processed, This is a non tangeable item and has no ability to be protected or recovered once bought and or if lost. We do not have a copy of this code. Code never expires. No cash value once issued.
