Even New Equipment Breaks

Of course, each product comes with a 1-year warranty. Sure your device has gone through an exhaustive inspection process. But that doesn't mean things don't break.

That's where the extended warranty comes in handy. The extended warranty extends your  product warranty period from the standard 1 year to 2 years.

If your equipment fails, malfunctions, or ceases to operate properly for any reason:

• As a result of manufacturer defect

• Component failure

​

The supplier to RINGZU.com will expedite a replacement device to you.  However, you must have contacted technical support to troubleshoot the entire device to receive an RMA # only after such troubleshooting has concluded that the device is not working and needs to be replaced or repaired.  The extended warranty is at an additional cost available at the time of purchase only through our supplier. It may not be added after the purchase of the item.
