RingzU Telecom Quick Assist
Documents and fast instructions that are sometimes hard to find fast.
RingzU customer accounts both residential and business can access enhanced calling assistance by dialing directly from the subscriber phone extension with the following RingzU exclusive * codes:
 
*711 To reach a Telecom Service Phone Operator who can verify and assist with calls and connections. This may have bill back costs associated with your requested assistance. This cost while small will appear in your account dashboard as a new charge and invoice.
*611 To reach RingzU Support Services. Both Technical and Billing Support Staff are available when calling from a users subscribed extension phone device. This does not work from Softphone or from PC Web Phone. There is no charge for this service.
