As part of Federal Rules on preventing fraud and fighting the Scam and Spam incidents around the United States, RingzU.com will not provide service on a local number to any person or company that is located outside the United States or its territories.  We participate in the Know Your Customer (KYC) Telecom campaign and all customers are subject to Risk Mitigation scoring and reporting.  Spam, Scams, and Fraudulent activities performed on our network are reported to the authorities for prosecution without notice to the person identified in the activity. We have a zero tolerance for illegal behavior that prays on others.

Additional Services may be purchased through the RingzU user interface or by calling RingzU customer care. The ability to purchase additional Services may be restricted for accounts opened via an In-App Purchase.  RingzU sells other Premium Add-On Services which are listed on the following link: RingzU.com/features/premium. Such premium add-on services shall be subject to availability, and to the Customer’s payment of applicable fees and or activation costs.

RingzU further offers “Other Services”. Other services shall include additional enhanced features, services and subscription packages for a one-time, annual or monthly fee. Other Services and the pricing thereof (including promotional pricing or trial periods) are subject to change without notice. Descriptions and pricing of Other Services that appear on the Website become part of the Terms of Service by reference.
